Poetry/haiga postings will occur within a few days after each deadline date.
Guidelines for Submitting Web Poems and Haiga
- Poet must be a current ISPS member (not necessarily an Illinois resident) and submit his/her own original work.
- One poem and/or haiga maximum per member per submission period
- Maximum poem length - 2 pages
- The poem can be included in the body of an email or as an attached document (MS Word or Apple Pages)
- If submitting both a poem and a haiga, please send them in separate emails.
- Poem/haiga must be submitted within the monthly submission period (listed above).
- Poems/haiga will be posted on the Web in the order of receipt within each date range.
- Poems/haiga received before the first date will be posted, but toward the bottom of the page.
- Poems/haiga received after the final date won't be posted that period.
- Please make sure your poem is in final form. Revisions or replacements will not be accepted after the deadline.
